Returns & Refunds policy

All sales are final. We do not accept returns or issue refunds except in the specific circumstances outlined below.

All original painting sales are non-refundable. Please ensure you are happy with your choice before completing your purchase.

As custom paintings are made to order and personalised to your specifications, we are unable to offer refunds under any circumstances, except where:

  • The completed artwork is significantly different from what was agreed prior to production, or

  • The artwork is damaged at the point of collection

In either of these cases, please contact us within 48 hours of collection at galinaglory@yahoo.co.uk with clear photographic evidence. We will review your claim and, if valid, offer a repaint or partial refund at our discretion.

By placing a custom order, you acknowledge and agree that personalised artwork cannot be resold or reused, and therefore refunds are not provided outside of the exceptions above.
